As part of the Executive leadership team, the Vice President, Sales North America
is responsible for leading and directing the entire North American Sales businesses for the Phillips Distilling Co including sales teams, analytics team and national accounts team. The VP of Sales is expected to build and guide their organization
to meet or exceed their annual operating plans. The role directs the planning, development and execution of market and customer sales plans, strategies, objectives, systems and procedures to maximize volume and profit growth. The role also ensures effective
relationships at a high level with key customers, distributors, brokers and key stakeholders.
