Welcome patrons, offer specials and take coffee orders in professional, friendly manner

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
  • Inform patrons of establishment specialties and features
  • Make coffee, espresso and tea for patrons as they order
  • Stock limited space shelving with Starbucks products

Job Duties

  • Greet customers, guests, visitors, or passengers
  • Communicating with Persons Outside Organization

  • Calculate monetary exchange


  • Working knowledge of the English Language
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Previous, strong customer service skills
  • Ability to up-sell product
