Title Inside Sales Representative - Rental

Description SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) position will target customers and markets not currently doing business with Quinn Rental Services. The ISR will be responsible for uncovering and obtaining new customer accounts in the specified region or territory by way of digital prospecting, marketing and cold calling. The candidate must execute on the following objective and expectations:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Achieve business plan objectives for new rental accounts for assigned region/territory.
•Initiate a minimum of 200 unique customer cold calls per month via phone.
•Use company inactive customer lists, digital resources, dodge reports, and other means to identify customer opportunities in the specified market.
oReactive accounts from company customer inactive and dormant list
oProspect new business by attempting to open a Quinn or Cat Commercial Account.
•Log and maintain all customer activities and data in company CRM (CloudLink)
•Utilize campaigns to track progress for ISR’s territory and target customers for future promotions and sales opportunities.
•Foster relationship with local and regional customers to increase rental market share (PPRO) within territory.
•Work with Marketing and Rental Management on go to market strategies to drive new account growth.
•Collaborate and interact with Outside Sales Reps for support on follow up and lead generation.
•Qualify and handle all rental leads through company lead generation website to close.
•Complies with company credit policies and assists with collections as requested.
•Expected to meet deadline on management requests, special assignment or projects.
•Proficient use Microsoft Suite applications, Dodge, Rouse Analytics, Integrated Rental, DBS and other computer applications as needed.
•Models a safety first approach at all times.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business related field or 3 years of rental industry or marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
