Description SUMMARY
Primary responsibilities will be to perform logistical support duties within the Power Systems Sales Operations department. Position will be working out of the Selma QPS office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned or changed based upon management’s needs.

•Perform New Sales quality assurance duties as directed for all inbound & outbound product shipments. Duties include; written / signed receiving reports, digital photo documentation, inventory / control forms, & quality assurance inspection checklists on all incoming products against their assigned bills of lading.
•Perform all assigned product staging & inventory control utility support functions
•Ensure all associated ESO boxes & any additional ship loose components are inventoried, maintained, cleaned, covered, ID tagged, & placed together according to the assigned sales identification number & product staging plot plan to be ready when shipped with the prime product.
•Load, unload, and assist in securing equipment rigging for a safe & quality product shipment
•Minimize dealer liability by providing all required written reports & photographic documentation.
•Operate a laptop computer, printer, digital camera, & standard office equipment
•Maintain good attendance and punctuality to cover responsibilities & product shipment schedules.
•Work overtime as required by workload and transportation schedule changes.
•Develop and maintain a close positive working relationships, open communication, & personal accountability with all associates; to include, sales, service, parts, engineering, vendors, and all support departments.
•Maintain regulatory & company safety compliance training requirements

•Inventory unit build-up build sheet maintenance and management
•Order engines and parts for OEM, Industrial, E.P. inventory
•Communicate with Caterpillar and other vendors as required
•Coordinate with other departments to ensure sales inventory and project inventory information is true and accurate
•Coordinate, or perform purchase of, project specific equipment and parts as required or requested
•Safe and competent operation of company forklift to load & unload new sales equipment as required
•Delivery and pickup of parts and inventory within Quinn sales territory as required and directed by the Operations Manager
•Quinn parts shuttle staging and receipt review
•Oversee proper implementation of sales inventory Borrow and Recovery Program in norther region (Bakersfield, Selma, Salinas)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
