JOB SUMMARY The Two's Assistant Teacher will assist with classroom management by: ◾Supporting classroom activities and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans that stimulate children’s physical, mental, social, emotional and cognitive growth. ◾Nurturing the physical and developmental growth of children. ◾Maintaining ongoing communications with parents and families. ◾Collaborating with co-teachers on best practices and creating a warm and welcoming environment. Requirements Education High School Diploma required. Child Development Associate or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. A minimum of 15 credits in ECE required. Experience A minimum of 1 year professional experience working with children in a classroom setting.
