Title Marketing Communications Coordinator

Description The Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible for the support and coordination of campaigns and communications across all distribution channels including website, social media, events, partner sites, internal communications and multiple digital channels. The coordinator creates communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products including graphics, product collateral, logos or other promotional products. The coordinator works in coordination with various departments connected to marketing such as sales, customer service and legal affair departments to bring out effective marketing strategies.


• Prepare business memorandums – internal and external communications
• Create and execute dealer announcements, includes New Products
• Create and execute press releases and coordination with Media Partners
• Plan and create digital marketing materials such as drafting blog posts
• Coordinate delivery of content and copywriting; perform proof reading and editing of content copy
• Create and distribute collateral needed for sales, tradeshows and others
• Coordinates sponsorships and memberships
• Survey creation and execution, including collection of Voice of Customer (VOC) and Annual Customer Satisfaction
• Photography - events as needed (including pack shots)
• Maintain supply of marketing materials including sourcing, pricing and ordering as well as with the Graphics department to set up artwork.
• Manages article master and distributes all trade publications to key stakeholders internally
• Maintain a strong working relationship with external parties such as vendors
• Support Marketing Communication and Legal departments as needed
• Maintain legal files and confidential information
• Special projects as assigned


• Effective written and verbal communication
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Good multi-tasking skills
• Problem solving experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Minimum education requirement is a BA
• 2+ years of related office experience
