We are looking to grow our Call Center team with qualified customer service agents who have a desire to help people in a professional work environment. FAIRWINDS offers competitive benefits along with a starting pay of $16/hr at our beautiful Support Center located south of UCF campus.

If so, FAIRWINDS Credit Union would like to speak with you! We are looking for qualified individuals to provide valuable customer service to our members through our Call Center Member Service Representative role at our East Orlando Support Center located close to UCF.

Hours of operation for our call center are Monday - Friday (7am-7pm) and Saturday (9am-2pm). Candidates must have availability for scheduling during all hours of operation.

At FAIRWINDS, our Call Center Member Service Representatives provides top notch customer service to our members. In this role you will be doing things like:

•        Providing problem resolution for our members

•        Speaking directly with members and processing needed transactions over the phone

•        Delivering exceptional customer service throughout our members’ financial journey

Am I qualified?

To be considered for this position, you must have the following education and experience:

·         High school diploma or GED equivalent

·         Minimum of 1 year:

o    High volume inbound call center experience

o    Customer service experience which required problem solving and decision making

o    Ability to analyze problems and recommend efficient solutions
