Evening Sales Supervisor Job Description

Medical Alert is seeking an Evening Sales Supervisor to join our team in Glen Mills, PA. This role will be responsible for monitoring the inside sales representatives to ensure calls are being taken in a timely manner and to assist representatives with any issues/questions during calls. This is an evening/weekend shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6pm - 12am ; Saturday 2:30pm - 10:30pm, and Sunday 4:00pm-12:00am. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance and development of Inside Sales Representatives.
• Ensuring representatives adhere to break and meal times.
• Provides timely feedback to Sales Director regarding performance.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the sales team.

• HS diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Supervisor experience a plus
• Must have flexible schedule (Evenings and weekends required)
• Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• Energetic individual with a strong sense of urgency
• Enjoys a fun, fast-paced environment
• Must successfully pass a drug and criminal background check
