||Representative, Customer Service
||Make outbound call for healthcare processes.
Acquire knowledge of Healthcare / Insurance processes in general for better understanding of programs.
Capture detailed notes including clinical notes on calls.
Buddy peers for exchange of process level information and collaborative learning.
Analytical and reasoning ability to compile and manage data.
Updating information on various CRM’s.
Capability to use and maneuver the Desktop and telephony instruments
||6 months minimum experience in international BPO.
Proficiency of MS Office (Word, Excel) required.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented and flexible to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Basic knowledge of US healthcare preferred.
Work during US Eastern Time required.
Age Criteria- 21 Yrs Minimum and 35 Yrs maximum.
