Certified sworn law enforcement officers with at least two years of full-time employment with a state, county or municipal police, sheriff’s department or similar agency such as an airport, university, etc., are invited to apply to be a member of the Airport Police Department.

Simple hiring process! Selected applicants will complete an interview and physical agility test moving toward the conditional offer of employment. Those given a conditional offer will complete the final steps:

  • Comprehensive background investigation;
  • Drug Screen;
  • Medical Exam:
  • Polygraph, and
  • Psychological assessment.

    Note: The KLEPFP Certification must be attached to the submitted application for consideration.

    Competitive salary and benefits package. Salary is based on years of sworn law enforcement experience.
