The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), a world-renowned leadership development and research organization, has an opening for a two-year (with the possibility of renewing for a total of up to three years) post-doctoral research fellow. CCL integrates leadership
development research and applications to create proven solutions to today’s leadership challenges. As part of this fellowship, the fellow will work on several different projects with a primary focus on examining how leadership development can be advanced through
neuroscience, positive psychology, and an understanding of the healthy mind. The fellow will also be exposed to the Center’s expertise in leadership development methods; and will be supported in publishing and presenting his or her own research. CCL offers
postdoctoral researchers a recognized and unique environment with a combination of basic, intervention-based, and translational research. The position provides the opportunity to enhance skills necessary for a successful academic or applied research career.
CCL will benefit from the infusion of new thinking and skills that the fellow brings from their educational experience.
Candidates should have completed their Ph.D. within the last 3 years and before
September 1, 2017 in a relevant field (e.g., I/O Psychology, Social Psychology, Social Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, or Cognitive Neuroscience) and be able to demonstrate sufficient knowledge of neuroscience and its relationship to healthy
adult functioning. Specific duties and responsibilities will vary, but could include: research design, collecting and analyzing data, managing large databases, learning and executing statistical approaches, developing relationships with research collaborators
and clients, proposal development, writing for high-impact journals as well as managerial audiences, and presenting findings to both scientific and managerial audiences.
Fellows will work with expert researchers in the field of leadership and leadership development; will be supported in attending and co-presenting at a conference; and will be able to attend colloquia offered at CCL by internal and external speakers. Salary

The Post-Doctoral Research Fellow is a member of the Global Research and Evaluation faculty whose focus is making significant contributions to theories in leadership, leadership development, or other relevant disciplines and generating innovative ideas or
approaches for CCL. This person is responsible for working with a team to design, implement, and interpret research projects. As part of these, the Post-Doctoral Research Fellow conducts, interprets, and communicates complex data analysis; presenting finding
at internationally recognized/high impact/strategic professional conferences and publishing results in peer-reviewed, upper tier journals, books and book chapters, and practice-focused publications.
